屡烧行管的原因:
1.过压击穿:行输出管正常工作时C、E极问将要承受8~10倍于其工作电源电压的行脉)中电压,所以当电源电压过高或行逆程电客虚焊、容量减少都会使行管因工作于过压状态而损坏。这一类故障的特点是出现故障的时间比较短, 甚至有些开机即烧;行管基本不异常发热。
2.过流烧坏: 当行输出电路或其负载有短路性故障时,如行输出变压器、行偏转线圈、逆程电容、S校正电容、枕校电路有短路故障时, 行管的电流将会迅速增大,从而使行输出管过载而烧坏。这一类故障的特点是行电流异常增大,行管温度比较高。
3.行频偏低: 一方面行频偏低将使行逆程脉冲占空比增大; 另一方面由于行输出管的负载(行偏转线圈和行输出变压器)均是感性负载,所以当行频偏低时, 其感抗将减小,使行电流增大,这将加重行输出管的负载,使行输出管的功耗变大,行管因过热而烧坏,造成行频偏低的主要原因是行振荡电路工作异常, 多半是5o0kHz晶振特性变坏所致。这一类故障的特点是会听到行频叫声,行电流大, 行管异常发热,如果能看到光栅,则光栅亮度增加、幅度减小。
4.行激励不足: 行管正常工作时是处于开关状态的, 当出现激励不足时, 行管将不是工作于开关状态, 而是工作于放大状态,这样行管的功耗将成倍增加,行电流迅速增大而损坏。造成行激励不足的原因主要是行激励级工作异常,这一类故障的特点是行电流大,行管异常发热。行频偏低和行
激励不足大致都属于功耗过大类故障, 烧机时间稍长,从几分钟到几十分钟不等。
5.屡烧行管的故障部位:开关电源;行扫描后级和行负载;行扫描前级(行振荡、行激励)。
