你如果用买来的公司的MARKER瓶子上面会有，我用的那个公司是0.5UL，所以我们一般都会把它稀释50倍后再用。。。

无所谓浓度，各条ladder跑出来就成。定量的时候可以考虑“浓度”的问题，这个就看各公司ladder浓度的说明了。
