e.g. The teacher encourages the students to take part in the English speech contest.
1，to do:鼓励某人去做某事（还没做）
2，doing:鼓励某人正在做的事（已经在做了）
eg.1.she encourage me to learn drawing.
2.she encourage me learning drawing.
