个人认为看远场的Ex分量和Ey相位差来看圆极化程度没什么意义,圆极化波在传播过程中的场强矢量是不断旋转前进的,也就是时变的。HFSS可以直接看轴比或者看远场总增益和极化增益是否契合,来判断圆极化程度比较合适。

不过你想看Ex和Ey的相位、相位差以及相位差随频率的变化,方法可以跟你讲一下:

(1)相位,在生成远场报告的选项中按下图选择相应角度单位,其他Phi角度和Theta角度可以自己设置,生成报告即可:

(2)相位差,在生成远场报告的选项中按下图在Y变量设置栏中设成ang_deg(rEX)- ang_deg(rEY),变量栏和单位栏就不用设置了,如下图所示,其他Phi角度和Theta角度可以自己设置,直接生成报告即可:

(3)相位差随频率变化,在生成远场报告的选项中将左栏中解决方案设置成扫描模式,右边中的Y栏也设置成ang_deg(rEX)- ang_deg(rEY),如下图,生成报告:
