请问大家这种情况下修改后的论文还会回到这位审稿人手中吗

I agree with this decision and have concluded that the paper must be resubmitted, taking into account the detailed remarks of the reviewers. 按这意思应该是大修了，不过没给deadline 三个审稿人，其中两个都是不痛不痒的意见，大多数是对文章没讲明白的地方提出疑问，针对性修改没有问题，但是第三个审稿人的意见中没有提出疑问，都是要reject的意思，以下举出两条： 论文给出的结果确实不敢说特别好，不过还是把以前发表的成果提高了不少，如果一定要拿出来和世界最先进的比自然是unconvincing，要不然也不会投这儿，但是这期刊影响因子也就0.2，何必非要装得那么清高呢举报删除此信息
