两者作为从什么什么落下时用法是一样的，fall off/from a tree /bycicle 但是fall off 还有层意思是减少，下降，衰落，fall from 可没有这意思
像 the sales amount this month is expected to fall off compared with last month ，这个月销售数量预计比上个月要下降
this industry is falling off year on year 这个行业一年比一年衰落了
