Apart from the fact that the current Chinese educational system still has some problems, since the expansion of admission to universities, some new colleges and new majors have been springing up like bamboo shoot, which should not be denied as a good thing as well as a bad thing. In some of these young colleges, educational resouces are in serious insufficiency, while the remainder are bad guides to the students.
This short film is born in this kind of situation. In fact, what I want to show to audience are two things, one is the spirit of enterprise under adverse circumstances, the other is the possibility of failure which can happen in adversity in the end even one is enterprising. And the two are in one.
The whole film does not narrate huge dramatic conflicts. What I focus most is that they are all ordinary people which indeed will not have much dramatic conflicts in real life, so a flat narration may offer a life nature and quality through which can better express my inner theme. Film can completely copy life, but for more vivid expression of life, some dramatic expressive ways are applied in this film.

This is not to say that is not a good thing, also cannot say that is not a bad thing. In some of these young universities, the serious lack of professional, only a few teachers also fraught.
