英语语法中的用法问题？

可以用with which，也可以用in which，但你的理解不正确。
在判断是否使用 "介词+关系代词" 的时候，首先要看看从句是不是一个完整的句子，是否具有完整的主谓宾/主谓/主系表结构。如果结构完整，就是缺少状语成分。
you might be able to help the people around you. （你能帮助你周围的人）， 这里的从句结构完整，故可以认为缺少状语成分。
这里的先行词是examples，可以用in examples表示“在这些事例中"，也可以用with examples表示“带着这些事例”，故使用in which或with which均可。
关系代词前使用的介词与help搭配的介词没有关系。首先help是个及物动词，可以直接带宾语，所以help the people （around you [后置定语修饰the people]）这个表达没问题；其次，在固定短语中的介词不能提前，如果有help with结构，这个with是不能提前的。

应该是with which 而不是in which.
