不知道你用的什么编码软件。 如果是在myeclipse中点击file -- new -- other -- web project 或者 dynamic web project， 输入名字Example04，点击finish。然后右键webRoot目录点击new-- other --找到html file ，点击next ，输入名字form.html，点击OK 就行了。
