单机双级压缩制冷系统的工作原理是:库房回气被低压吸入,压缩成中压气体排出,与中间冷却塔来的干饱和蒸汽混合后被高压缸吸入,经压缩成高压气体进入油分离器,再送至冷凝储液器,从冷凝储液器出来的高压液体经干燥过滤器滤除水分和杂质后分成两部分:一部分经中间冷却塔排管冷却后,进入热交换器外层与库房来的回气换热被进一步冷却,再流经热力节流阀节流降压后进入冷却设备吸热蒸发,形成的气体和氟油混合液滴在一起流入热交换器。
另一部分液体经节流变成中压后对中间冷却塔排管内的高压气体降温,形成的蒸汽再与低压缸排出的气体混合后进入高压缸。进入热交换器的气体和氟油混合液滴被外夹层内流过的高压液体加热,分离出的制冷剂过热气体被低压缸吸走,而油滴被积聚在热交换器的底部,再通过吸入管上小孔随着回气被不断吸走。这种方式不但可以满足回油的需要,而且可有效地防止或减少压缩机的湿行程。
单机双级压缩制冷系统适应于制冷剂采用R22,且蒸发温度较低的冷库制冷装置。
