Recently, the rapid growing of economy is driving the logistics to develop really fast which also brings the sharp increaing of freight volumn and the fierce competition in commodity market. Among of the those, logistics distribution is gaining more and more attention and becoming the key that influences the core competitiveness of a company. If a logistics company wants to stand out in this situation and develop, it needs to solve the problems of the decreasing time and capital. The definition of distribution actually emphasizes reducing the cost of logistics and rasing service level and quality in a general way. This essay is using Shenzhen Xiongtong supply chain management Co., Ltd as an example to discuss the problems that remains in its supply chain by analysing its current distribution condition and also trying to solve its problems like low efficiency of distribution, low modernization of warehouse, etc by using the author's own experience and knowledge. This eaasy aims at improving the efficiency and lowring the cost of its distribution in order to allow it to serve the customers better.
