平时多听英语的新闻还有多看看一些美剧什么的，记下一些好的句子，推荐《老友记》，《生活大爆炸》。这些都容易听得懂。

另外还要开口说。每天为自己创造一个环境，可以对镜子自己模拟场景对话。

去一些小组，q群去交流下也行。
