主将从现的意思是当主句是一般将来时的时候，时间状语从句或条件状语从句要用一般现在时。
这个语法只适用于时间、条件状语从句。如：
If it is rainy tomorrow, what are you going to do?
If I am a scientist, I will do a lot of useful things for the poor.
If enemy comes within a week, what shall we do?
一楼的例子也是对的，could是表示将来的事，用的是虚拟语气。对将来的事的虚拟也要用过去式来表示。
在时间和条件状语从句中，从句应用一般现在表将来。例：I wish i could go with my brother when he flys to England next week.
