第一篇；i would like to pick the topic"helping the disabled" because i think it shows us how great people can be when lives have trouble and not so easy. the disabled don't want us to show our pities, all they need is to receive the same respect as normal people, their spirite are so inspiring and encouraging and bolster me up to face all the difficulties, even danger facing in our lives.
第二篇 i'd like to choose this scheme cause i am conquered by the opimistism they have. even lives for them are not so easy, phisically, yet they do not give in to their fate, they do not let disappointment dominate their lives, they still active in many area that normal people cannot ever get.
