浅谈如何办理低价中标工程的现场签证管理

摘要：一些施工企业在经过残酷压价，低价中标后，在工程施工过程中，往往采取一些手段，与建设单位或设计单位沟通，利用签证单填写等过程，通过变更设计增加项目或提高价格等手段，来保证其微薄的利润。作为监督和管理单位应根据工程特点管理工程的现场签证。关键词：合同类型；设计变更；提高价格；规范；及时；临时工程Abstract：Some construction enterprises after cruel demand a low price, low wins the bid, in project construction process, often adopt some means, and construction units or communicate with the design department, use the visa form process, through changes designed to increase the project or raise the price and other means, to ensure their meager profits.
