我很遗憾自己在这个时候向公司正式提出辞职。
我来到公司也已经快三个月了，正是在这里我开始踏上了社会，完成了自己从一个学生到社会人的转变。有过欢笑，有过收获，也有过泪水和痛苦。公司平等的人际关系和开明的工作作风，一度让我有着找到了依靠的感觉，在这里我能开心的工作。

Dear Sir,
It is regrettable that I have to tender my resignation at this stage.
It has been almost three months since I joined the company; this is the place where I first set foot on society, completing the transformation from a student to a social being. It is here that I had my laughter and gains, as well as tears and anguish. The fair and egalitarian interpersonal relationship and the pleasant atmosphere of the company had once given me a sense of belonging, feeling very happy to work here.

或许只有重新再跑到社会上去遭遇挫折，在不断打拼中去寻找属于自己的定位，才是我人生的下一步选择。从小到大一直过得很顺，这曾让我骄傲，如今却让自己深深得痛苦，不能自拔，也许人真的要学会慢慢长大。我也很清楚这时候向公司辞职对公司对自己都是一个考验，公司正值用人之际，所有的前续工作在公司上下极力重视下一步步推进。也正是考虑到公司今后在项目安排的合理性，本着对公司负责的态度，为了不让公司因我而造成的决策失误，我郑重向公司提出辞职。
Perhaps the choice of my next stage of my life is to meet and challenge setbacks and frustrations, keep striving to find a place of my own. Ever since I was a kid, life was easy on me most of the time and it had made me very proud; but now it puts me in depth of misery, unable to get away from it, maybe a person should learn to grow up gradually. All the preliminary work of the company is pressing ahead under the serious attention of the leader and staff, I know very well that my resignation at this stage when the company is in need of personnel would be an ordeal for both the company and myself. However, in consideration to the rational project arrangement in future and to avoid company’s mistaken decision because of me, I have to act responsibly and solemnly tender my resignation.

为了公司在项目安排上能做得更加合理和妥当，长痛不如短痛。或许这对公司对我都是一种解脱吧。能为公司效力的日子不多了，我一定会把好自己最后一班岗，做好工作的交接工作，尽力让项目做到平衡过渡。离开这个公司，离开这些曾经同甘共苦的同事，很舍不得，舍不得领导们的教诲，舍不得同事之间的那片真诚和友善。 也愿公司在今后的工作中发挥优势，扬长避短。
In order to allow the company to arrange the project much more logically and properly, I prefer better a little loss than a constant agony; this may be a relief to me and the company as well. My contributing days to the company are numbered, but I will work hard till the last minute, perform a good handover procedure and ensure a smooth transition of the project to the best of my ability. I feel so reluctant to leave the company and the colleagues who had gone through the thick and thin with me; and I hate to part with superiors’ edifications, as well as the sincerity and amicability among my colleagues. I also hope that the company will exploit its advantages to the full and foster strengths and avoid weaknesses.
