英语翻译，我已经大致翻译好了，只希望给提提意见，请不要笼统而谈，针对句或点来修改，一条一条列出。

3. and social stability is affected.加强逻辑关系改为and thus ...
4. their family,变为复数

总结：大体没什么问题的，但是太中式英语。
但是我本人不爱逐字逐句翻译，你大部分句型都是主谓宾没有太多变化。很多句子不够紧凑，英文还是先翻译主要成分，某些次要成分弄到状语里面去，位置放后面都OK，要突出重点。
另外，句子的逻辑关系词还不够，比如. As a result, many issues were left and social stability is affected. The government had to take the responsibility of not only facing the blames and inquiries from the victims and their family, but also bearing international pressure.这2句话的关系你还要通过linkers来体现
