There is no parking here/there’s a no parking area均错。
there be句型为倒装句，后面一般加实义名词，表示什么东西出现或拥有什么东西（如，there is an apple on the table，实际的结构是：an apple is there on the table，只不过是倒装了所以there is放句首。）所以there be 不能在这里使用，可以用It‘s 代替。
