关于what is it that和how it is that

强调句型的疑问句形式很多，和其他疑问句一样，用疑问词开头，
what/when/which\how/ why/whowhere等疑问词+is/was it+that+陈述语序的句子？（疑问的是强调部分）
如：Where was it that your put your keys? 你竟把要是钥匙放哪里了？
why was it that he dropped out of school?他究竟是为什么辍学的？
who was it that helped you？到底是谁帮助你的？
你的那个句子 老师说选B 是对的，因为that 后的部分像是从句，而凡是从句都用陈述语序的。
