应该用onnight,morning,noon等词前加修饰词表强调在某一个特定的时间，所以要用on并且宾语前有强调的词时，night前也应用on如：There is a heavy rain on night.
on 只要前面有形容词修饰，就是具体的时间，修饰具体时间用on
