1、乘方如果是矩阵相乘，需要行数和列数相同，警告：Error using ==> mpower
Matrix must be square，说明默认为矩阵相乘，但是你的行列数不相同，所以报警
2、如果仅仅是对应元素相乘，需要在乘方前面加上点，如：.^
由于不是矩阵相乘，采用第二种方法
t=0:0.1:15.1;y=((33.4*t-t.^2).*(741.9+0.7181*t-t.^2)./2100000+1).^3.5.*21;plot(t,y)
