我的电脑上的itunes软件出了点问题：总是显示正在访问itunes store，但就是进不了itunes store

现在给出完美解决办法：

XP：下载 Notepad++ 然后 打开

进入C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes

找到iTunesPrefs.xml 并且 把 iTunesPrefs.xml 放入 Notepad++

然后找到 最后 一排数字 改为 143465-19,5 然后 save 重开itunes 就ok了。

win7： 下载 Notepad++ 然后 打开

点击"开始菜单"选择"运行"，在"打开"中输入（Windows7为"开始"'"所有程序"'"附件"'"运行"）

%userprofile%\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes

mac： 暂时没有找到解决办法。

那是网速问题 过一会就好了 我以前也经常遇到 或者你重启下试试
