In cast of losing the original B/L and other emergency when you want Telex Release B/L, it is must for you to apply from one of your loacal banks s sheet of banker's letter of guarantee whose amount should not be less than 1.1 of the goods' value. Then you can ask the delivery agent to help you and it is must that you make it public in your local authoritative journal which states the concerned original B/L be invalid.

I have asked the forwarders about this situation.it's acceptable that you ask for TELEX RELEASED B/L before the opening of origin b/l.but there are only two methods as follow of request for Telex Release b/l after that as per stipulation:
1.open telex release b/l must after all origin b/l be returned to forwarders
2.if as the reason for losing of origin b/l or other urgence,so need the telex release b/l.you must apply for a banker's letter of guarantee to local bank,the amount value can't be less than 110% of the cargo value,then stating this origin b/l canceled on local authority publication and ask the forwarders to transact.

you have signed for the origin b/l on 25th,the title of goods have been passed on you.the ETA is 27th.it have enough time to do customs clearance and pick up the goods.you are our the most important customer.we have always cooperated with you honestly.i hope you can understand.
