3、去皮后,借助小刀去核,操作的时候尽量保持桂圆的完整性。

4、这时候煮一锅水,等水沸腾后熄火,放入桂圆肉拖水。

5、最好用下图这种工具,比较方便(拖水时间不适宜太久,放到水里就可以马上捞起来)。

6、拖完水后,把桂圆倒入果干机德架的子上面即可。

7、启动果干机,扭65度风干,大约风干了3天就可以了。

3、去皮后,借助小刀去核,操作的时候尽量保持桂圆的完整性。
4、这时候煮一锅水,等水沸腾后熄火,放入桂圆肉拖水。
5、最好用下图这种工具,比较方便(拖水时间不适宜太久,放到水里就可以马上捞起来)。
6、拖完水后,把桂圆倒入果干机德架的子上面即可。
7、启动果干机,扭65度风干,大约风干了3天就可以了。
龙眼不能用嗮的,周期太长,嗮干后基本都以发馊变质,不能食用。以前的桂圆是用木炭烘干的,现在都是用机器直接烘干。
用佳时利,空气能烘干,一般调好数据等着就可以烘干了。
