My friends and I took part in the sport games today. Danny's team got the fifth in relay race, I got the third in rope skipping, Alice joined the cheerleaders, David got the first in throwing hammers, because he had strong arms! The playground was full of joy and laughter. We were all happy during the day, no matter what rankings we got. Sport is very good for your mental and physical health, it release your stress before tests, provide you chances to make more friends and learn to cooperate with others. It benefits us a lot, we should constantly do sports.
