压缩率的倒数是体积模量

常用的几种液压液

例如:某液压油在大气压下的体积50X10^-3m^3,压力升高其体积减少到49.9X10^-3m^3,试求压力升高值。

解这样的问题就可以直接利用上述公式,先从表中查出液压油体积模量为(1.4-2)X10^3,由于油品实际存在不同的状况,取个中间值吧,取1.7X10^3,直接代入体积模量公式得:

1.7X10^3=--p)X[50X10^-3/(49.9X10^-3-50X10^-3)]  解得

p=1.7X10^3X(0.1/50)=1.7X2=3.4Mpa

如果想知道在某个压力下油液的体积也是利用这个公式。实际油液的体积模量与表中数据差别较大,如常用的液压油,体积模量大多不会高于800Mpa。

另外,对于液压油来讲,体积随压力的变化也只是在5Mpa压力以下才明显,超过5Mpa后,油液的体积基本没有多少变化的。
