　　China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) is an extra large state-owned enterprise directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), and is the largest producer for offshore oil & gas in China. It ranked No. 101 among the World's Top 500 (Enterprises) by Fortune in 2012.
　　On 18th January 2013, China Post will issue a three-piece set of special stamps on "Offshore Oil" with a par value of RMB 5.4 Yuan. The titles of the pictures are Exploration, Drilling and Production respectively, which illustrated the major processes and advanced technologies and machinery for the exploration and exploitation of offshore oil.

production, showing the main process of offshore petroleum exploration and development and the advanced technology and equipment.

A set consisting of 3 different special stamps(nominal value is RMB 5.4 in total) was issued by China Post on 18th Jan, 2013.
