副词最高级前的the是可以省略的,但是特指前面提到的事物,或者是强调某种事物的时候是不可以省略的,比如说“小明跑得最快”——Xiaomingruns（the）fastest.但是“他们跑的都很快,但小明跑得最快”——Theyrunfast,butXiaomingrunsthefastest.
