Abstract: Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of nifedipine tablets. Methods ODS column, methanol-water (60:40) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8ml/min, the detection wavelength was 235nm. Results the concentration of nifedipine in 0.0125~0.4mg/ml linear range, correlation coefficient r is 0.9999. The average recovery of high, low, 3 concentrations were 101.66%, 99.99%, 99.23%; RSD for 1.56% days; day RSD 0.79%. Conclusion the method is specific, sensitive, accurate, rapid and simple.
