后台配制OPJH中订单类型明细中的settlement profile 文件配置需要更改到OK07 中更改 OPJH中settlement profile选择的结算文件，将vaild receives中的material 设置为settlement optional
不能自动建立settlement rule那就手动，否则就去controlling里去设置
