摘要:目的:改进灵芝多糖含量测定方法。方法:通过考察配制硫酸蒽酮溶液时硫酸的浓度,确定合理的反应条件,使反应系统自行升温,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定。结果:改进后的灵芝多糖含量测定方法操作简单,结果可靠。
