我的文件里面有很多重复的句子，在word中有简单的方法删除吗？

如果这份文档不是很重要的话，你可以放弃了，因为彻底解决的办法稍微有一点难度，需要进行5分钟左右的学习。如果你真想解决的话，请看下面的解决办法。这时一个全傻瓜的教程，任何人都可以很快学会。
笨方法：
如果你的文档不是很长的话，可以直接用delete键删除。意思就是：
W: Will you be let go? If so, then we’ll need to borrow some money to pay the bills.

这两句话中，选择一半，然后按下delete键。对于只有20条以下的重复句子很有效率
办公自动化的方法：
1，首先，打开你的word文档和一个空的excel文档。
2，然后，确认你的word文档是不是纯文本的。如果是，把所有word文档里面的句子【全选】，然后右键单击excel的A1格，点【复制】。把内容复制到你的excel里面。如果不是纯文本的，那就【新建】一个文本文档（就是打开记事本软件），把word里面的句子【全选】，【复制】【粘贴】到这个记事本文档里面。然后再把记事本里面的内容【全选】，【复制】一下，再【粘贴】到excel文档里面。
3，这时，你的excel文档里面的句子排列方式就是下面这个顺序：

4，然后对于前四个句子，你在【B1】格里输入“=A1”（没有引号）【B2】里面输入“=A2”【B3】里面输入“=9999”【B4】里面输入“=9999”
5，然后，你选择【B1】【B2】【B3】【B4】这四个格，光标移动到选择后出现的黑色方框的右下方的黑色小方块上。使光标变成一个黑色的十字形。然后左键点住，直线往下拖，一直拖到前面的A列没有内容为止。
6，这个时候，你的B列就变成了下面这样：

7，然后你选择excel文档的【B】列全部。【复制】。
8，然后打开一份一个新的word文档，点击【编辑】-【选择性粘贴（s）…】选择里面的【无格式文本】，点击【确定】

10，然后，你就可以点击【编辑】—【替换】，在查找内容里面填入“9999”，然后点击【全部替换】。就可以了。
如果你还觉得word里面每隔两行出现的两个空行很不爽，那么，你可以用以下的方法解决。
1，点【编辑】-【替换】，在查找内容里面输入“^p^p”然后点击【全部确定】。就好了。——————石头出品，争当精品。

用查找替换，把句子替换成空格就行了！

用替换功能实现

1、选中重复的句子，点击菜单“编辑”“复制”，再单击任意空白位置
2、点击菜单“编辑”“替换”，在查找内容中单击，按键盘ctrl+v
3、如果要全部删除，就点击“全部替换”按钮，如果要逐个确认就点击“替换”按钮，再单击“查找下一个”按钮。

隔两句就重复一次？在word里边是没有这样的整理功能的，还是手动删除吧

1打开文档，按Ctrl+F启动导航窗口。

3点击替换，在替换一栏不填写内容。

4替换后的文本。
