Title: Free or in charge of Wifi?
We have to use PC everyday which relies on wireless internet. Currently we must pay as soon as you connect it. Why it's not in free? Basically, as a student I have to pay my tuition fee, accommodation fee, living expenses, etc. I'm indeed reluctant to let my money going for the wifi even we use it for my study such as literature search, information collection. Why does the corresponding authority offer us in free of using Wifi?
