Dear John,
Hey, this is Li Tong. I’ve known what you’ve been concerned. Don’t worry, I’ll help you as far as possible.
You refer your parents as “snowplows”. Well, let’s take a look the function of snowplows. It clears out the snow which could lead to some really bad things like car accidents. And it helps people a lot so that we get much more efficient. So, is it really a bad thing? As far as I’m concerned, there’s a lot of parents who rarely care about their kids. Because they work out of their hometown where their kids in, or they’re just too busy to care about their children, or even they it’s doesn’t really matters to care about their kids. So, you’ve been such a lucky boy! Your parents really love you, all they think about is you, so that they would’ve done a lot of things which you might don’t like just for you.
Here’re some sincere suggests. First, you should be sincere to your parents to have a communication. Second, you should hold on your own opinion, and make a deal with them. Third, you should try to finish some things without someone else to show your ability of independence to your parents.
Don't worry, it's doesn't really matter. I care about you too, I really hope and believe you could be a better person. Come on, you can do it!
