只看过It's good to后面接 do something的，没有直接跟somebody的。
it's good to meet you here
it's good to see you again
etc.

"it's good to you" does not make much sense to me .... here is a more common english phrase:

"he/she is good to you" = person/people who are kind to you = they are good TO you.

看起来，单纯的 it's good to you，并且it代指物时，句子是没什么意义的，语法上没有错误，但不是通用的。 歌曲里用了可能是因为要兼顾押韵什么的吧（再说，很多歌词都是不能用来日常交流的，歌词毕竟就是歌词么）。
