last wednesday, i lost my packet while shopping in your market alone.what is worse, there are many important credentials in it including my passport and my ID card.i was just like the ant on a hot pan.i sought for it everywhere but failed.yesterday, i got a phone from your employee who got my lost packet.i was so excited.what moved me most is that he took the packet to my school.however, he didn't told me when i asked for the name.that's why i write to you.
i just went here, England, just months ago.it is quite warm of you to offer the help to a foreign student.thank you.thanks a lot.
