天车电路控制系统由电源保护、电动机正反切换、电动机速度切换及相关安全措施等组成。
凸轮控制器主触点载流量最大一般在63A,控制电动机功率在17KW以下的线路上。(如图所示)
1.其操作一般是零位,左右各5档,左右1档时未进行电动机加速,也就是在最低速动作。
2.其电气控制分3大部分:保护、电源切换(正反转选择)、电动机加速(切换电阻)。
3.采用的电阻器是三相不平衡电阻。


接线要注意电源切换和电阻切换之间差别如下图所示:


图中采用的是KT14型凸轮控制器:
1.电源由4个触点件组成,进线电源在上,去电动机在下,接线原则是进线在同一边,出线则在另一边,这样可以杜绝短路事故发生。
2.电阻器切换:有一公用线,接线前要确认切换顺序(从上往下或是从下往上),以免接错,造成速度一开始就切换太多。
