标准的用法是spend time (in) doing 和 spend time on sth.
spend time on doing sth. 各种文章里有出现过，都算对的，on 往往和in 一样，都可以省略的
没什么区别。 都可以
楼上的错了 其实没有spend time on doing sth.
只有spend time (in) doing sth
但是这个等于spend time on sth.
on后面直接加名词 表示在某事上话费的时间
例如： I spent 2 hours on homework.
I spent 2 hours in doing homework.
