This was a story that is set in the contextual period of the Great Depression. At that time, America's economy completely collapsed, the Green couple along with many others were out of work, and became even poorer than before. Almost everyone was looking for a job. Mr. Green finally got a chance to go to an interview. But on the way there, he was caught in the downpour, but he still managed to get to the interview. When the company manager saw the drenched Mr. Green, he gave him a job straight way. Mr. Green was sso happy that he didn't realise that the manager was his old school friend.
