不投料不反应,投料后反应,说明污泥培养条件不好,需要持续补充才能保持活性,建议先降低厌氧进水ph到8以下试试看。出水氨氮高应该是废水停留时间不够,可以减少进水量解决(发酵废水厌氧出水氨氮比进水高一点正常的,因为厌氧菌先将发酵废水中有机氮转化为氨氮再处理)。
