That is a secret to imrove your listening skills.As for your pronunciation, what about reading aloud to practice it? You could also listen to tapes and read after tapes. Day by day ,you can get your pronunciation right. You also said you found English grammar very difficult. Then why not listen to the teacher carefully and take grammar notes in every class? You can also make original sentences using the grammar you are learning. That wll help you a lot. Practice makes perfect(熟能生巧). I hope you can improve your English a lot through your hard work
