I'd like to introduce my meals in a day to you.
For breakfast, I often have porridge and steam bread.
For lunch, I have meat, vegetables and rice as well as a bowl of soup.
For dinner, I always have a rich meal such as fried chicken, pork,beef, shrimp and fruits.
My favorite food are pork, peach and tomatoes. My least favorite food are cabbages.
My eating habbits are pretty good!My breakfast is very healthy !I have a cup of milk and two slices of bread ever day,but sometimes,I also eat two eggs.And I eat fish and some vegetables or chicken ,a bowl of rice and vegetables for lunch.As for dinner ,I often eat two bowls of rice and some vegetables!So you see ,I look after my health and a healthy eating habbits helps me get good greads!
I ofen have milk and eggs for breakfast.I think it's good for us.I like to have vegetables,fish,chicken,and a bowl of rice for lunch.I like fish very much,because it's very healthy and delicious for me.I usually have noddles or jiaozi for supper.Sometimes I eat out with my family.Afer supper I ofen go out for a walk.
