It’s very common for us to have such kind of problems. So don’t worry. Here I have some suggestions for you.
Firstly, you’d better make a schedule, set up a goal for each day and show them to your parents.
Secondly, you should talk with your parents, telling them all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Please don’t be angry with them, which only makes things worse.
The last thing is to do what you have promised. When they find you are strong-minded and act properly, they won’t be worried about you. Then they won’t set so many rules for you.
