说明客户比较有诚意了，上门参观，你们欢迎他们，并安排好接待就行；另外可以问清楚他们翻译的联系电话，已经你们是否要安排车辆接送等细节；公司里面做些准备，比如样品、报价单、公司介绍PPT、会议室、接待领导、生产线参观、订餐等等。
