因为生成模板造成的，可删除你当前用户的默认模板：在C:\Documents and Settings\你的用户名\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates目录里有个Normal.dot的文件，将它删除，那么下次WORD启动时将会调用默认的模板。启动恢复正常
