This article discussed the connection between the setting time of traffic light and passing vehicles at the cities' triffic crossings. Firstly, we studied the changing period of tiaffic light and the nummber of passing vehicles both at the one-way junction and the intersections, of the one-way streets. Secondly, we presented their function and model by applying C Language and educed the corrresponding parameter. At last, accordingly, we found the model and solution of multi-way intersections.
