潮州小吃中英文介绍

我市本地潮州人哈，市区的。
在我们市区小吃多着呢，一时说不完的。
春卷（炸的哦。绿豆馅、香芋陷都有，在牌坊街胡荣泉）、胡荣泉大捞饼、鸭母捻（和汤圆类似，不过大多了，而且皮的韧性很好，什么馅都有，牌坊街有的）、
牛肉丸、牛杂果条汤（这个要到西湖那家镇记牛杂吃了，量多划算又好吃）、果汁（不是水果做的哦，是纯米磨成汁做的米皮，韧性好，又香，加葱油花，小菜全是卤的，卤猪场、干豆腐、腐竹、鸡蛋，炸干的腊肠都很好吃哦）、糯米猪肠（蒸的猪大肠，里面夹糯米、香菇、栗子）
咸水果（也是米浆做的果子，上面放油炸得很香的萝卜干，开元路一书店旁的小巷口是全潮州最好吃的）
还有很多啊，不知道您在这呆多久呢，多天的话就得走遍左右大街小巷才讷讷个迟到好吃的哦，这边的小吃都不在一条街上的，做得好吃的都躲在大街小巷口的，那些怎么好吃又贵的就都在旅游景点附近，不过也不全是哦。
