i have received this patient named aham(是名字吧，尚存疑) at 2/9/2011. he had got sever crush injury to his index and middle finger. amputation(截肢) of the index at proximal-inferphalangeal joint with fixation ***(个人觉得是某种固定方式) to his middle finger was done.
at 6/3/2011 he has got ischemic gangrene(缺血性坏疽) of the distal midle phalanx of the middle finger. so amputation was done at P.I.P joint with primary closure of the stump(残肢). he was discharged at 8.3.2011 with healthy, non-infected stump.
