我建议你用能飞视听英语学习软件，这上面可以自己往上面加音频和视频，能把你自己个人的英语学习资料放到上面。
I recommend to you a software named LangFly,you can put the audio and video onto it,and you can also put you own English study date on the software.
但是这个软件不是免费的，需要二百元人民币,如果能坚持学习把它利用起来是很合算的。当然我不是在做广告。
