首先，“in the last year”全部改为“last year”就好；
第二，就是第二句的意思，“你会再次使用这家公司吗？”这“使用”怎么看怎么别扭呀，我理解的意思是“你满意他们的表现吗？你还会继续用他们几个吗？”，这个意思你自己理解了，因为没有上下文，如果你的意思是正确的，可以改为“你还会和这家公司合作吗？”，感觉这样比较通顺。

1 去掉in last year之前不需要介词。
2 Are you pleased with their performance? Would you like to use them again?
3 could the firm make any improvements for you?
4 did you use other firms for the similar work last year? who was it, if any?

Have you been pleased with their performance? Would you use them again?
你对他们的业绩还满意吗？你会再次聘用他们吗？
